- 野生捕撈魚類是我們首要成份，我們確保所使用的魚類(三文魚，白魚和呑拿魚)都 不是人工圈養，而是以野生捕撈的，牠們自由自在地在海洋暢泳。我們所使用的魚 類同時亦得到海洋管理委員會 (MSC) 認證，表示受認證的漁民以永續經營方式作業

- Wild-caught fish is our number one ingredient and we make sure that the fish we use (salmon, white fish and salina) are not captive, but are wildly caught and swim freely in the ocean.
